DESCRIPTION: PIGMENTED ACRYLIC VARNISH
CODE: OAT5108
2K Solvent-based anti-corrosive acrylic primer and finish,
for application with spray, brush and roller, characterised by a high resistance to mechanical stresses.
It has excellent adhesion on all metal substrates, hot-dip galvanized surfaces, aluminum or other light alloys,
high chemical resistance, hardness and flexibility, excellent wettability of the substrate, tolerates non-optimal application conditions.
Furthermore, the OAT5108 can be overpainted even after some time.
It is not suitable for contact with aggressive solvents.
Available in RAL9006 and RAL9007 metallic colours.

Completely remove from the surface to be painted anything that is not adherent and compact, such as rust or old paints residues.
The surface, must be perfectly clean, dry and free from humidity, oil or grease, and free from contaminants.
It is recommended to stir well the product before use.
Harden the OAT5108 with the hardener CVP0243 at 20% by weight; subsequently thin it with DPV0006. The thinning of the product is established at the time of application according to the application parameters present, recommended at 10-20% by weight.
Apply by spraygun with nozzle of 1,8 - 2,2 mm and pressure of 2,0 - 3,0 bar.
