Epoxy two-component anti-corrosion coating for general use,
RAL 7024 gray coloured,
easy to apply, quick drying and applicable in high thickness.
The VES0355 can be used as a primer, as an intermediate or as a top-coating, on metals, galvanized steel, on old paints, it has also excellent mechanical and chemical characteristics, resistance to impact, abrasion, bending, and to various chemical substances including oils, kerosene, naphtha, alkali and non-concentrated acid solutions.
Particularly suitable for finishing metal items where good resistance to mineral oils, water, aliphatic hydrocarbons is required. It is not suitable for continuous immersion service.

Completely remove from the surface to be painted anything that is not adherent and compact, such as rust or old paints residues.
The surface, must be perfectly clean, dry and free from humidity, oil or grease, and free from contaminants.
For particularly harsh operating conditions we recommend a white metal blasting (grade Sa3).
A commercial blasting or alternatively a good quality mechanical cleaning are often acceptable.
It is recommended to stir well the product before use.
Harden the VES0355 with the hardener CVP0244 at 25% by weight; subsequently thin it with DPV0006. The thinning of the product is established at the time of application according to the application parameters present, recommended at 10% by weight. Apply by spraygun with nozzle of 1,3 - 1,8 mm and pressure of 2,0 - 3,0 bar.
It is recommended to stir well the product before use.

Keep it tightly sealed in its original container in a cool environment (between + 5°C and + 35°C) that is not subject to abrupt temperature excursions.
Standard packaging size of 25 Kg; for other requests a feasibility evaluation will be made.
