VES0321 must be applied on a carefully prepared substrate,
for example, apply VES0321 on a white polyester primer or polyurethane white primer, such as FPP0540.
The surface of the primer must be carefully prepared by sanding with P320 abrasive paper and subsequently finished with P400, P500 and P600 abrasive paper, befor the application of VES0321.
Before proceeding with the product application, carefully clean the sanded surface from dust.
Apply by spraygun with nozzle of 1,5 - 1,8 mm and pressure of 1,0 - 2,0 bar.
Application and drying must be carried out in an environment with low humidity and a temperature that is not too low. The crystal effect shows itself during the drying of the product.
The Crystal effect has no mechanical resistance, once dried it is suggested, to protect the effect, to overcoat it with a transparent product such as LAU0006 or VES0107.
It is possible, before applying the protective layer, to apply a shaded coat of a metallic or mirror effect such as VES0326 - METAL CHROME EFFECT, to give greater effectiveness to the effect.

Keep it tightly sealed in its original container in a cool environment (between + 4°C and + 30°C) that is not subject to abrupt temperature excursions.
