DESCRIPTION: POLYURETHANE CONVERTER

Extra matt polyurethane enamel,
formulated with hydroxyl polyester resins, polyisocyanates and particular extenders that makes the film matt and silky,
with high mechanical and chemical resistance to bad weather conditions.
Colourable in various shades with the addition of PPT 02 Series products .
To use as matt topcoat to paint industrial car body, metal furniture in general, chemical plants, doors and windows, etc.

If it is required a colored product, add the products of the PPT 02 series to the converter in the proportion and quantities suggested by the tintometric system.
Stir well after adding.
Harden the Converter mixture at 25% by weight with the CVP0205 hardener; subsequently, thin it with DPV0006.
The thinning of the product is established at the time of application according to the application parameters present, recommended at 15-20% by weight.
Apply with a spray gun having a nozzle from 1,8 to 2,0 millimeters and with a pressure of 2 to 3 bar.

Keep it tightly sealed in its original container in a cool environment (between - 5°C and + 40°C) that is not subject to abrupt temperature excursions.
