Glossy epoxy enamel
characterized by excellent resistance to acids and weak alkalis,
high brilliance
and quick drying, which make it suitable for finishing metal products.
Colourable in various shades with the addition of PPT 02 Series products .
It is used as a finishing for supports in iron, light alloys or galvanized sheet where a moderate chemical and mechanical resistance is required.
When exposed to external weather, the product tends to chalk ( became more matt and with a dusty surface ), without losing its essential characteristics.

Harden the KVES004 with the hardener CVP0227 at 40% by weight; subsequently thin it with DPV0137.
The thinning of the product is established at the time of application according to the application parameters present, recommended at 10-15% by weight.
The substrate must be perfectly clean, dry, degreased and free from contaminants;
DO NOT use the product at temperatures lower than 12-15 ° C. The substrate must have a temperature at least 3°C higher than the Dew Point.
Apply with a spray gun having a nozzle from 1.8 to 2.0 millimetres and with a pressure of 2 to 3 bar.

Keep it tightly sealed in its original container in a cool environment (between + 5°C and + 35°C) that is not subject to abrupt temperature excursions.
