Single-component solvent-based coat,
based on linseed oil and renewable raw materials, for exotic and dark woods.
Free from Cobalt and Lead drying agents.
TEAKOEL is easy to handle, it has a good penetration in the treated wood and creates hydrophobic surfaces, with vapor permeability and good design of the wood pore structure .
Preliminary sandind with P180 grain sanding paper and subsequently with P320 grain.
Apply the VOT0059 with a soft brush or a cotton cloth. After 10 minutes remove the material surplus with cotton cloth or soft Scotch Brite.
After 8 hours sanding with P320 grit paper and apply the second coat.
To apply the VOT by spray-gun, use a spray pressure of 2.5-3.5 bar and a nozzle size of 1.5-1.8 mm. After the application continue in the same way of the application by brush.
To improve its mechanical resistance and to external agents it is possible to add the suitable hardener CVP0209 at 4% by weight. It is recommended to mix well after addition. Proceed with the application following the same instructions as for the non-hardened product.

Keep it tightly sealed in its original container in a cool environment (between 4°C and 40°C) that is not subject to abrupt temperature excursions.
