VPT0102
GROUP: POLYESTER
DESCRIPTION: TRANSPARENT POLYESTER VARNISH
CODE: VPT0102
Gloss varnish based on unsaturated polyesters for spray application, with redox type catalysts, possessing good filling powers (to block up the wood pores), not thixotropic and with high chemical resistance to temperature swings. Can be brushed on and polished.

Wood or woody materials must be sealed with IMT0022. Harden the transparent polyurethane sealer IMT0022 at 100% by weight with hardener CVP0169, then thin with DPV0112. The thinning of the product is established at the time of application depending on the current application parameters, approximately 50%. Catalyse the VPT0102, adding 1% by weight of APV0071 (accelerant), then add 1% by weight of APV0072 (degasser), and finally add 10% by weight of catalyser CVP0168; after each addition stir the mixture well. Bring the application viscosity to 25’’ - 30” DIN CUP4 with DPV0111. Apply by spraying at a pressure of 3.5 – 4.0 bar and using a 1.8 - 2.0 mm. nozzle. To clean the equipment, use DPV0113.

Keep it tightly sealed in its original container in a cool environment (between 20°C and 30°C) that is not subject to abrupt temperature excursions. Standard packaging size of 25 Kg; for other requests a feasibility evaluation will be made.
The product is intended for professional use only, refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
In the storage facility, keep APV0071 and CVP0168 separated, in order to avoid risks of explosion.
