Transparent two-component acrylic varnish,
characterized by high gloss and transparency, low yellowing, very fast hardening and resistance outdoors, for high quality finishes such as those required in the Car-Refinish field.
Product developed for rapid drying both in the oven and at room temperature.
LAU0016 is a Top-Coat and therefore requires a suitable primer and colored intermediate.

Since this is a Top-Coat, it is first necessary to apply a suitable anticorrosive primer on the surface to be painted and then the intermediate with the desired colour.
The preparation of the support must therefore be carried out with reference to what is indicated in the specific technical data sheet of the selected primer and intermediate.
It is recommended to stir well the product before use. Harden the product at 50% by weight with the catalyst CVP0216, then thin it with DPV0146 to reach the application viscosity, approximately 18 - 22 seconds Ford Cup 4. The thinning of the product is established at the time of application according to the present application parameters, recommended at 10% by weight.
It is recommended the application with an HVLP/LVLP spray gun with a 1.2 to 1.4 mm nozzle and a pressure of 2 or 2.5 atmospheres.
Apply a first light coat, then after 1 - 2 minutes of flash off a second heavier hand.
